Keto Brownie Chip Cake






     My theory is the faster you make it, the faster you eat it....sound reasonable!?  Not only is this quick, but it is delicious as well.  I call that the perfect combo.  To make matters even better, each of these two servings are only 300 calories, 35g carbs, 6g fiber, 25.5g sugar alcohol, 3.5g net carbs, 9g protein and 25g fat.  When those afternoon cravings hit, we have solutions.

Ingredients for two servings~
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 Extra Large Egg
3 Tablespoons Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
1 Tablespoon Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

     Mix first set of ingredients til thoroughly blended, pour into greased ramekin and microwave for one minute.  Meanwhile, mix second set of ingredients til smooth and frost when Cake has cooled.  Cut in half and Enjoy!!!  :)
