Rose Petal Cupcakes
If you are looking to up your Rose game, this is the only way to go! Mother's Day, Valentines, or Birthdays, any girl (or boy) would love getting a half dozen Rose Petal Cupcakes...actually any day of the week would be great! Each of these beauties are only 290 calories, 17.6g carbs, 2g fiber, 14g sugar alcohol, 1.6g net carbs, 7.5g protein and 26.7g fat. Feel free to trim a petal or two if you are wanting to cut back on calories, but I felt this garden needed an extra tall blossom to appreciate a full bloom. I will put the tending in your hands! :)
Ingredients for 6 Rose Cupcakes~
2 Tablespoons Butter, softened room to temperature
1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
2 Extra Large Eggs, room temperature
2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
1 cup Almond Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

3 Tablespoons Butter, softened to room temperature
3oz/6 Tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

Pink Food Coloring
From first set of ingredients, whip Butter with mixer, then blend in Monk Fruit, followed by remaining ingredients til well incorporated. Add 1/4 cup batter to 6 silicone lined cupcake tins, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whip together second set of ingredients til fully combined. Using Wilton 2D Drop Flower Decorating Tip, put Tip at bottom of Frosting bag, fill bag with Frosting, using a circular motion, make the largest circle on the bottom working your way into smaller circles to form Rose top, on cooled Cupcakes. Store in fridge. Enjoy :)
