Cheesecake Brownies







     For those times you are wanting something rich, heavy, decadent and delicious.  Cheesecake Brownies fits the bill.  Each of these 12 "satisfiers" are only 213 calories, 21.8g carbs, 5.2g fiber, 15.3g sugar alcohol, 1.3g net carbs, 6.3g protein and 18.3g fat.  These hit all the high notes in the just the right places!  ...you may even hear angels sing with your first bite.  ;)

Ingredients for 12 servings~
4 Tablespoons Butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
4 Extra Large Eggs
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/4 cup Lily's Semi Sweet Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

3/4 cup/6oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 Extra Large Eggs

1/4 cup Lily's Semi Sweet Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

     From first set of ingredients, beat Butter and Monk Fruit til fully combined, continue to blend in rest of ingredients til well incorporated, set aside.  In another bowl, mix second set of ingredients til fully combined.  Using an 8X11 pan, line with parchment paper, and pour half Brownie mixture in bottom of pan, pour Cream Cheese mixture on top, finish with dropping remaining Brownie batter on top and sprinkle with remaining Chocolate Chips.  Bake at 350 for 40-43 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
