Did I mention sugar free as a huge added bonus, ...I just wanted to say it again? And, check out these macros, for the entire serving it is only 140 calories, 20g carbs, 10g fiber, 10g net carbs, 2g protein and 6g fat. Get crazy and make two at at time just for fun! ;)
Ingredients for one serving~
6oz container Raspberries
1/3 cup lite Coconut Milk
Add Raspberries to parchment lined cookie sheet, making sure they are not touching, put in freezer til frozen. When ready, remove and add to heavy duty blender along with Milk, and whip til desired consistency. Tip: may be necessary to soften Raspberries slightly to make blending easier, use your judgement. Enjoy :)
