Biena Turkey Meatballs

     Healthy dinners don't have to be a dreaded bore!  With my Biena Turkey Meatballs, not only will dinner be fun, but the lunch left overs won't be bad either!  Each of the 24 golf ball sized Meatballs are only 210 calories, 7g net carbs and 18g protein for a serving of four.  My lunch trick is to crumble all four Meatballs on a bed of greens with a healthy Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing, #winning!  :)

Ingredients for 6 servings, 4 Meatballs per serving~
1 pound 93% ground Turkey
3/4 cup Biena Chick Pea Sea Salt Snacks, crushed to powder
1 jumbo Egg
1/2 cup finely diced White Onion
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Dash Garlic Powder
Heavy dash salt, to taste

     Mix all ingredients, and roll into 24 golf ball sized Meatballs and place on Pam sprayed foil lined cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
