Pumpkin French Toast







     Nothing says good more than infusing your day with  Pumpkin French Toast.  Although, it is good all year long, there is something special about consumption when the leaves have turned and plaid muscles it's way to the front of your closet (no offense to Lumber Jacks).  Easier than pancakes, Pumpkin French Toast whips up in a jiffer...not to mention a stack of 3 will only set you back 254 calories, 24g net carbs and 30g protein...not bad for a Seasonal celebration!  (macros don't include toppings)

Ingredients for one serving~
1/4 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup liquid Egg Whites
1/2 scoop Protein Powder
Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice
Dash Vanilla
3 slices Sara Lee 45 Calorie Bread
- - - - - - - - - - - -
No Calorie Spray Butter
Sliced Banana
Powdered Peanut Butter
Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
Pecan Chips
Sugar Free Syrup

     Mix together Pumpkin, Eggs, Protein Powder, Spices and Vanilla til smooth.  Dredge Bread thru mixture til coated on each side and fry in Pam coated skillet on each side til golden brown.  Stack and eat plain, or top with any of the suggested toppings (toppings not included in macros).  Enjoy  :)
