Protein Fudge Balls

If you like the idea of rich decadent Fudge but fear all the ugly fat and sugar hiding in the middle, then I have some news that is going to make you very very happy....and not just for a minute, but for a very very long time!  Each of these 15, 1 ounce spheres are only 79 calories,  6.2g carbs,  2.9g fiber, .8g Erythritol, 2.6g net carbs,  2.8g fat and 10g protein.  These have all the flavor and feel you could ever want from your favorite dessert.  Luckily they make enough to keep you satisfied several servings long!  ;)

Ingredients for 15, 1 ounce servings~
2 scoops Quest Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder
2 scoops Quest Nutrition Peanut Butter Protein Powder
3/4 cup Peanut Butter Powder, plus 1 Tablespoon
1/4 cup ground Flax Seed
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1/2 cup warm Water

Mix all together, except extra Tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder.  Batter will be very thick and sticky, you may need to oil your hands when working with the dough.  Note~the warm Water will likely melt the Chocolate Chips, which was intended for this recipe, but equally fine if they don't melt.  Using a food scale, break off pieces of dough to weigh out by the ounce and roll into a Ball, repeat 14 more times.  Roll each Ball in reserved Peanut Butter Powder and store in fridge.  Enjoy  :)
