Keto Egg Fast Scramble





     Your Scramble will never be the same after this!  This hearty breakfast will keep you full for hours, with a smile on your face from the yum in your tum!  This will set you back 390 calories, .5g carbs, zero fiber, .5g net carbs, 20g protein and 33g fat.  (If you want to reduce the Eggs to one, you can subtract 90 calories, 8g protein and 6g fat).  This is one to definitely try out and soon, especially if you are on a Egg Fast!  #eggfast #ketoon

Ingredients for one Scramble~
1/2 Tablespoon Butter
2 jumbo Eggs
1/2 Tablespoon Mayo
1/2 oz Marbled Cheddar (sub with favorite Cheese)
1/2 oz Cream Cheese
Dash Pepper
Dash Frank's Wing Sauce (sub with favorite zero carb hot sauce)

     Heat Butter in skillet til melted, stir in Eggs til half way cooked, then stir in Mayo, Cheddar and Cream Cheese.  Season with Pepper and Frank's.  This is a creamy savory delight and I can't wait for you to try it! Enjoy  :)
