Cherry Chia Pudding





     Want a fast friendly fantastic breakfast idea?  Using seasonal fresh Cherries makes a luscious combination, not to mention a fiber boosts that can’t be beat.  Each serving is only 304 calories, 33g carbs, 12.5g fiber, 20.5g net carbs, 23g protein an d10.2g fat.  BTW, did you catch that protein and wonderful fat as well???  This is definitely one to try🍒🍒🍒

Ingredients for one serving~

5.3oz container 0% Fage Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 cup fresh pitted Cherries

     Mix together Yogurt and Seeds, and let rest overnight in the fridge, in the morning top with Cherries.  Enjoy 😊
