Peanut Butter Cup Cookies






     Peanut Butter Cups come in many forms, and my favorite is mixed in Cookies!!!  Lucky for me, Lily's came out with some wonderful sugar free Peanut Butter Cups.  Instantly, I knew what was in store for my kitchen.  The entire batch of 8 was only 305 calories, 27.5g carbs, 5.5g fiber, 15.5g sugar alcohol, 6.5g net carbs, 9g protein and 25.5g fat.  Get a hold of the new Peanut Butter Cups today and see what you can create!  :)

Ingredients~
1 Tablespoon Butter, softened to room temperature
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter Flour
1 Lily's Peanut Butter Cup, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix all together and break into 8 equal pieces, roll into balls, bake at 350 for 11 minutes.  Enjoy  :)
