Raspberry Cheesecake Muffins

     Raspberry Cheesecake Muffins are not just a breakfast food, they are great any time of day... or night!  Enjoy these macro friendly delights for only 130 calories, 5g net carbs and 12g protein.  With Raspberry's available all year round, I hope you will give these little wonders a try very soon, your tummy will thank you!  :)

Ingredients for 6 Muffins~
2oz fat free Cream Cheese, melted
1 Tablespoons Vanilla Cupcake Sweet Mama Mels Coconutter , melted (use code Paige15 for 15% discount, sub with melted Coconut Oil)
1 Jumbo Egg
1/2 cup 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt or Lite Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 Quest White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bar, chopped
6oz fresh Raspberries, reserve 18 Berries for topping

     Stir all ingredients together, except for the 18 reserved Berries.  Pour into 6 silpat lined muffin tins and top each muffin with 3 Raspberries and gently pat into top of batter.  Bake at 350 for 24 minutes.  Remove, cool and Enjoy  :)
