Brownie Cannoli

      Everyone loves this Italian pastry dessert from Sicily, but the Brownie Cannoli is my answer to this tubular favorite.  As long as we can enjoy a sweet creamy filling, no one really cares about anything else,... am I right!?  But these macros are sure to get your attention at 248 calories, 7.6g net carbs, and 24.3g protein.  This may be looked upon as a summer treat, but with stats like these, this may quickly become a year round staple.  :)

Ingredients for one serving~
1 Quest Brownie Protein Bar
2 Tablespoons Kroger Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
Sprinkles as garnish, optional (not included in Macros)
Reddi Wip Whipped Topping as garnish, optional (not included in Macros)

     Unwrap Quest Bar and microwave for 15 seconds, pat into rectangle and lay on Silpat lined cookie sheet.  Meanwhile mix together Cream Cheese and Confectioners til smooth and spread on the Brownie rectangle, roll up like a pinwheel lengthwise so that sides are slightly overlapping.  Place seam side down on Silpat, bake at 350 for 3 minutes.  While baking, add Chocolate Chips and Almond Milk to bowl and microwave for 20 seconds, stir til smooth and spread on baked Cannoli and top with Sprinkles and Whipped Topping as garnish if desired.  Enjoy  :)
