Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Pie
If you like the idea of ooey gooey rich consistency, then you have just found your soul mate. This fudge like dessert made me fall in love after just one bite. I feel like I am getting away with something criminal...and I am, ...this is so good it should be illegal! This sinfully decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Pies is only 199 calories, 9g net carbs and 15g protein for each of the 8 servings. If I'm ever on death row, I will be requesting this for my last meal!
Ingredients for 8 servings~
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Buttery Coconut Oil, melted
1 cup 30 cal/cup Blue Diamond Almond Milk
3 scoops Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup Black Cocoa, can sub with regular Cocoa
1/4 cup Let's Do..Organic reduced fat shredded Coconut
6 Tablespoon Betterbody Foods Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder PB Fit
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla

1 cup Betterbody Foods Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder PB Fit
1/3 cup plus 1 Tablespoon Water

1 sqaure Lily's Premium Baking Bar Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate, can sub with 1 Tablespoon Lily's Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon 30 cal/cup Blue Diamond Almond Milk
Mix together first set of ingredients, press into Pam sprayed or parchment lined pie plate and chill over night or for several hours. When ready, mix together second set of ingredients to desired consistency and spread on chilled pie. Heat last set of ingredients in microwave for 20 seconds and stir til smooth consistency, add to baggie, snip corner and drizzle over top. Serve with Reddi-Wip as garnish if desired, not included in macros. Enjoy :)
