Keto Sausage Eggs


     My Keto Sausage Eggs are a staple on my breakfast menu!  I look forward to them everyday post workout.  I whip these together while sipping my protein shake in the morning, throw them in a container and off to the gym we go.  Enjoy these for 275 calories, Zero carbs or fiber, 19g protein, and 22g fat.  Join me in rebuilding those muscles!  #ketoon

Ingredients~
2 Extra Large Eggs
1/4 cup Sausage crumbles (I use Jimmy Deans)
1 Tablespoon shredded Cheddar
Dash Pepper

     Break Eggs in Pam coated skillet, along with Sausage til cooked thru.  Top with Cheese and garnish with Pepper.  Enjoy  :)
