Mock Fried Keto Potatoes






     So I keep hearing about how you can fry up a pan of Radishes and they come out tastin' like Tators....whaaaa!?  Ahhh, but tis true as it turns out!  Follow along how this strange phenomenon unfolds.  And if you are living the #keto lifestyle, you will love that this falls into the perfect high fat range.  #ketoon

Ingredients~
1 or 2 thick cut slices of Bacon, diced
1/4 cup diced Onion
1 teaspoon-1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Olive Oil, Butter or Avocado Oil
Sliced Radishes
Dash Salt
Dash Pepper

     Add Bacon, Onion and Garlic to skillet and heat til Onions are slightly softened, then add enough Oil or Butter to lightly coat bottom of skillet, add Radishes and continue to cook til desired level of done.  Season as desired.  Enjoy  :)
