Healthy Pancakes
If you are looking for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert then I have a recipe you need to try out! Three of these delicious Pancakes are only 246 calories, 9.5g carbs, 2.5g fiber, 7g net carbs, THIRTY TWO grams protein and 8.5g fat. Now how's that for a start (...or end) to your day!? ;)
Ingredients for two servings~
1/2 cup Egg Whites
1/2 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Almond Flour
3 scoops unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
2 Tablespoons ground Flax
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Add all ingredients to blender or Magic Bullet, mix til thoroughly combined, pour batter by 1/4 cup on HOT Pam sprayed skillet, flip when ready to cook other side. (Hot skillet is key) Repeat 5 more times. Each serving is 3 pancakes. Enjoy :)
