Shamrock Smoothie






     With St Patrick's Day right around the corner, it's only fitting to consume all things green.  Actually, this is so good, it's perfect all year round...who wouldn't love the luck of the Irish following you 24/7/365.  The entire 4 cup recipe is only 396 calories, 40g carbs, 8.8gfiber, 31.2g net carbs, 11.3g sugar, 41.3g protein and 8.6g fat.  Feel free to share for a tasty snack, or use this as a meal replacement or hearty breakfast.  I consumed the entire thing for breakfast, and was able to do a 3 hour activity at the gym with plenty of energy and no hunger.  Get your holiday off on the right foot and choose your Greens wisely!  :)

Ingredients for one large 4 cup or two medium 2 cup servings~
1/2 green Granny Smith Apple, chopped
2 large stems Kale, torn
1/2 cup (one large hand full) Baby Spinach Leaves
6oz Vanilla Carbmasters Yogurt (sub with preference)
1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1 cup 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Blueberries
5 Strawberries
2 Tablespoons ground Flax
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Add to blender til smooth.  Store any left over in fridge, can be made the night before.  Enjoy  :)
