Ingredients for 8 Patties~
8oz sliced fresh Mushrooms
1 can drained Beans
1 small diced fresh Roma Tomato
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Vital Wheat Gluten
12 cups Broth
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Teriyaki Balsamic Vinegar from California Balsamic (californiabalsamic.com) ~sub with favorite sauce
Add Mushrooms to blender to break into pieces, then add Beans, Roma, and seasoning to blender and mix til thoroughly incorporated, add in Gluten to blend. This may be too thick for blender to finish properly, and may need to finish kneading by hand, don't over mix. Break into 8 equal parts, flatten into burger shapes, will have to use a scale to weigh each one for accuracy. Bring Broth to boil in large stock pot, add Patties, reduce to simmer, add lid to partial cover, simmer for an hour. Remove and sear on each side in cooking spray coated pan, (I dice mine first). I added mine to a salad bowl with steamed Broccoli and Carrots, cooked Rice, and roasted mini Sweet Bell Pepper... but most importantly I topped with Teriyaki Balsamic Vinegar from California Balsamic.
