Double Decker Banana Maple Swirl Cheesecake French Toast





     Good Morning Double Decker Banana Maple Swirl Cheesecake French Toast!!!  I'm happy to start today and every other day with a whallup of goodness in my belly !!!  And did I mention the Double Decker is only 271 calories, 30g net carbs and 25g protein!!!  Whip these up and make everyone else do the dishes !!! #fairtrade

Ingredients~
2 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie Bread
3 Tablespoons Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon Swirl Cellucor Protein Powder, found at Vitacost.com
2oz sliced Banana
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Sugar Free Maple Syrup, found at Vitacost.com
2 Tablespoons Cheesecake Whipped Topping ( recipe below)
1 Walnut Half, crumbled
10 Lily's Stevia Dark Chocolate Chips, found at Vitacost.com

     Stir together Egg Whites and Protein Powder til dissolved, and soak both sides of the bread in the batter.  Cook in Pam coated skillet til golden brown on each side.  Slice your banana and set between the 2 pieces of French Toast on plate.  Top with Maple Syrup, then pipe on Cheesecake Topping, and sprinkle with Walnuts and Chips!  Enjoy  ;)

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting~
1 scoop Gold Standard French Vanilla Casein Protein Powder ( purchased at Vitacost.com)
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Powder
4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1/4 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1/3 cup Erythritol
1/2 cup of 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Blend all together in Magic Bullet.  Set in fridge to chill and thicken.  This makes 1 1/2 cups, each Tablespoon has 17 calories, 1.3g net carbs, 2g protein.  Enjoy  ;)  PS  THIS IS GOOD !!!!
