Balsamic Salmon Zoodle Salad

This Zoodle Salad has SOARED to the top of my favorites list!  Yum Yum!!!  Time to whip out your spiralizer and start churning those Zucchinis into long curly noodles!  Not to mention, marinating your Salmon overnight in BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic "don't hurt nuthin neither".  Also, I love that we have more than one protein source to enjoy, I find that when we blend proteins the sum is greater than their individual parts, ... wouldn't you agree!?  Macros for this 2 serving dish is 367 calories, 9.9g net carbs and 28.8g protein per servings.  Add this to your "must try" list and it will quickly be one of your favorites too!  :)

Ingredients for Two Servings~
1/2 cup BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic
6oz Salmon
12 Asparagus Spear Tips
1/2 pound spiralized Zucchini
2oz shredded Carrots
2oz Whole Foods Goat Cheese, crumbled
1 Roma Tomato, diced and drained on a paper towel for several hours
2 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt SuperSeedz Gourment Pumpkin Seeds
Dash Pepper

Marinate Salmon in 1/4 cup BRIANNAS over night in ziplock bag, then grill to perfection.  Meanwhile, roast 12 Asparagus Spear Tips in 2 Tablespoons BRIANNAS at 450 for 20 minutes.  Then spiralize 1/2 pound Zucchini, if you don't have a sprializer then you can shred or chop fresh Zucchini, and place on plate.  Top with shredded Carrots, grilled Salmon, Goat Cheese, Roma Tomato, crumbled Turkey Bacon, Asparagus Spear Tips, 2 Tablespoons BRIANNAS Creamy Balsamic, Pumpkin Seeds, and dash of Pepper.  Serves 2~Enjoy  :)
