Pecan Pie may be my favorite among Pie's...BUT, if momma wants to fit into her jeans then #nomo Pecan Pie for momma ...uuuunnnnnllllleeeessss I figure out how to remake my fav into a fantastically fearless feature!  #challengeaccepted  With the discovery of Athens Mini Fillo Shells my mission just got real... #realeasy that is!  Check out my recipe to see how I turn 15 mini Pecan Pies into a guilt free treasure.  Each Tart is only 43 calories, 2.6g net carbs and 2.5g protein (macros don't include whipped topping).  #pecanpietartsfordays  :)

Ingredients for 15 mini Tarts~
1 package 15 Athens Mini Fillo Shells
1 Tablespoon Maple Pancake Sweet Spreads, melted
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1/4 cup 25 cal/cup Silk Cashew Milk
1/4 cup Pecan chips
2 Tablespoons Swerve Granular Erythritol
1 Tablespoon Nutiva Coconut Flour
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Dash Maple Extract
Whipped Topping for garnish, if desired

Remove Fillo Shells to Silpat lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 3-5 minutes til beginning to brown and crisp.  While cooling, mix all other ingredients minus the Whipped Topping.  Then fill each shell with mixture (a rounded Tablespoon) and chill til set, top each with Whipped Topping if desired.  Store any left overs in fridge.  These are simply wonderful, and would be great at any party.  Enjoy  :)
