Salted Caramel Peachy Pecan Oats








     Whoever said life is like a bowl full of cherries is wrong, ... I would like to think of life as a bowl full of peaches!  Fresh summer peaches that is, the kind where juice runs down your face and onto your forearm with that first bite!  Nothing says summer time like a sweet tender peach!  And nothing says yum like a warm bowl of Oats topped with said fruit!  This hearty bowl of goodness is only 324 calories, 29g net carbs and 29g protein.  You simple gotta give this a whirl while the weather is selling us peaches!  :)

Ingredients for one bowl~
2/3 cup Water
2/3 cup Silk 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk
1/3 cup Oats (not Instant)
Dash Salt
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
4oz sliced fresh Peach
1 teaspoon Swerve Granular Erythritol
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Roll Sweet Spreads Coconutter
1 Tablespoon Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
1 teaspoon Pecan bits
Whipped Topping for garnish, if desired

     Bring Water and Cashew Milk to boil, stir in Oats, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes, remove and cool slightly, stir in Protein Powder, pour into bowl, top with sliced Peaches and sprinkle with Granular Erythritol.  Melt Sweet Spreads in baggie, then add Syrup to baggie and mash together til well blended, cut off corner of baggie and drizzle over top, add Whipped Topping for garnish if desired (not included in macros) and sprinkle with Pecans.  Enjoy  :)
