White Chocolate Raspberry Biscuits

     I think the saying should say, A Raspberry Biscuit a day will keep the doctor away...wouldn't you agree!?  It's certainly worth a try!  Especially when you find out each Biscuit is only 82 calories, 3.8g net carbs and 7.3g protein.  Enjoy any time of day, all day long ...doctors orders!  :)

Ingredients for 4 Biscuits~
1 Quest White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bar, divided into 4 equal pieces
1 teaspoon White Chocolate Sweet Spreads Coconutter, melted
1/4 cup (half of a 5.3oz container) Dannon Light&Fit Raspberry Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Nutiva Coconut Flour
3oz or 20 fresh Raspberries

     Microwave divided Quest Bar pieces for 13 seconds, shape into thin circles and bake on Silpat lined cookie sheet at 350 for 7-8 minutes, remove and cool.  Meanwhile, stir together melted Sweet Spreads, Yogurt, Erythritol and Coconut Flour.  Spread equally on cooled cookies and top each with 5 Raspberries.  This is unbelievably good!  Enjoy  :)
