Banana Split Waffles

     If you can enjoy a Banana Split for 250 calories, 17.5g net carbs and 19.2g protein, why wouldn't you!?  Whelp you can...and you should!  Now Banana Split Waffles should be considered standard fare.  And with stats like these I can't decide whether to start or end my day with Ice Cream, so I may just do both...

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1 scoop Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1 scoop Quest Multi Purpose Protein Powder
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Swerve Granular Erythritol
1/3 cup Egg Whites
1 jumbo Egg
1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Almond Flour
1 Tablespoon Betterbody Foods Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla

1/2 sliced Banana, per Waffle
1/4 cup Vanilla HaloTop Creamery Ice Cream, per Waffle
1 teaspoon Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips, per Waffle
1 teaspoon Blue Diamond 30 cal/cup Almond Milk, per Waffle
2 medium diced Strawberries, per Waffle
1 teaspoon chopped Pecans, per Waffle

     Mix together first set of ingredients, heat Waffle Iron, spray with non stick spray and drop batter by 1/3 cup on hot iron and cook to desired level of done.  Should yield 6 Waffles.  Top each Waffle with 1/2 Banana and Ice Cream.  Melt Chocolate Chips and Almond Milk in microwave and stir til smooth, pour over Ice Cream and finish with Strawberries and Pecans.  Enjoy  :)
