Chcolate Covered Bacon

I know I know, ...it's weird.  Not arguing, just acknowledging.  But, don't knock it til you have tried it.  People are covering just about anything in Chocolate these days, and atleast I'm not encouraging Ant or Grasshoppers.  Anyhoo, I digress.  If you are looking for a fun craft project in the kitchen, and something that may possibly make someone smile, offer to share you latest discovery.  Each of the 12 pieces are only 14 calories, 1g carbs, .3g fiber, .6g sugar alcohol, .1g net carbs, .6g protein and 1.3g fat.  Totally worth the try!  #checkitout

Ingredients for 12 pieces~
3 slices Turkey Bacon, cut each piece into 4 equal portions (Turkey Bacon is recommended because it cooked flat unlike Pork Bacon)
1 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1 teaspoon Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount

Microwave Bacon til cooked, immediately use a toothpick to place a puncture hole in the corner of each slice while still warm.  Add remaining ingredients to small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds, stir til smooth, repeat for 10 seconds if necessary.  Dip each piece of Bacon in Chocolate til coated on each side, use toothpick to insert in hole to lift out of Chocolate and shake off any excess drippings.  Lay on parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheet.  Chill in fridge til set.  Enjoy  :)
