Cheeseburger Taco for breakfast!!!


     Cheeseburgers aren't just for lunch anymore!!!  This is a High Protein Low Carb Cheeseburger that is perfect anytime of day !!!  Add a smidge of ketchup and life is perfect !!!  All this for 217 calories, 13 gms carbs, 26 gms protein and super duper filling  :)

Ingredients~
1 Low Carb Mama Lupe Tortilla
Pam Spray
1/3 cup Soy Meatless Crumbles
1/3 cup egg whites
1 slice fat free American cheese
1 Tablespoon Ketchup
Dash Pepper
Dash cayenne, if desired

     Spray skillet with Pam and brown the low carb tortilla on each side til crisp, set aside and add slice of cheese.  Add soy crumbles and heat thru, add egg whites and dash of cayenne or black pepper as desired. Top egg mixture on cheese layered tortilla, top with ketchup and enjoy  ;)
