What do you do when you run out of peanut butter!? ... make sum more, duh!!! This is so quick and easy that you will wonder why you have not done this for years !!! If you have a Vitamix then those are the instructions I'm going to give. If you don't, then you can mimic the same principles but in your food processor. If you want to just make a single serving, then pull out your Magic Bullet and get to work! For the Vitamix, it doesn't matter if you use the dry or wet container, I used the wet container myself. Simply pour one can of 12oz peanuts or honey roasted peanuts in vitamix. Set the switch to high, and the speed on 1. Put on the lid with the black pounding stick thru the lid. Flip the on switch and turn the speed dial to 10 and start pounding the black stick for about one minute or til you have smooth creamy peanut butter and turn off the machine. Scrape out the peanut butter and if you desire to make a shake with the creamy remnants then add a little milk and re blend, ( hate to waste all that gooey goodness left stuck to the sides of the blender!!! Never run the machine for more than one minute as the motor will get too hot. Store your peanut butter in the frig and enjoy !!! (the honey roasted peanuts are to die for when made into peanut butter)
