You might call this appetizers, but I call it BREAKFAST !!! Thank you Jaki for introducing me to this new type of melty delicious cheese !!! Wake up to a wonderful protein packed pepper !!! All for 250 calories ;)
Ingredients~
6 Mini Bell Peppers, deseeded and cut in two horizontally
1oz Queso Chihuahua, cut in 12 equal slices
2oz Turkey Breast, sliced into 12 equal portions
Fill peppers with turkey and sliced cheese and microwave for 1 minute or until cheese starts to melt! Enjoy ;)
