Who of you has EVER cooked a cake in a crockpot!? Not me, ... til today!!! It turned out great and was so easy, also it's fun to do something a little creative and out of the
Ingredients~
3oz Banana
5.5oz baked, cooled, and peeled Sweet Potato
3 Extra Large Eggs
1/2 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
1/3 cup Peanut Butter
1 scoop Vanilla or Peanut Butter Quest Protein Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup 25 cal/cup Cashew Milk + 1 teaspoon Vinegar = Cashew Buttermilk
5.3oz Dannon Light&Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla Extract

1 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Lakanto Monk Fruit Chocolate Syrup (use code Paige20 for discount at checkout), per slice

1/4 cup Vanilla Halo Top Ice Cream, per slice
Add all the batter ingredients in first section to bowl and beat with mixer til smooth. Pour batter into Pam sprayed Parchment lined crockpot for four hours on low, or til center is set. Cool and lift cake by grasping sides of Parchment Paper ( don't forget to spray Parchment Paper with Pam). While cooling, mix Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Syrup and microwave for 15 seconds, stir and let cool and thicken. When ready to serve, slice an eighth cake, drizzle with Chocolate Sauce and top with 1/4 cup Vanilla Halo Top Ice Cream. Enjoy :)
hi... i dont have quest vanilla protein milkshake, but i do have chocolate milkshake and multi-purpose can i replace vanilla flavor for one of those? and also dont have cashew milk, can i use almond milk? thanks!!
