Mocha Chip Fudge

     Thick rich and creamy fudge can now be part of your every day existence!  In fact, it's probably just what the doctor would order!  A Mocha Chip Fudge a day will keep the doctor away!  A hearty serving is only 165 calories, 3g net carbs and 17.7g protein.  Who ever said eating healthy is boring has never eaten at my house!  #houserules

Ingredients for 6 servings~
1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut Manna Coconut Butter, softened
1 Tablespoon Instant DeCaf Coffee Granules
1 cup 35 cal/cup So Delicious Cashew Milk
4 scoops Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 cup Swerve Granular or Confectioners Erythritol
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips

     Stir everything together, reserving 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips.  Pat into parchment lined loaf pan, sprinkle with remaining Tablespoon Chocolate Chips, patting down lightly.  Chill in refrigerator over night.  Cut into 6 servings~  Enjoy  :)
