Keto Butterfinger Bars







     Seriously one of the best things I've ever tasted.  Keto Butterfinger Bars taste EXACTLY like the legit candybar.  Each of the squares are only 178 calories, 17g carbs, 2.4g fiber, 12g sugar alcohol, 2.6g net carbs, 4.3g protein and 17g fat.  I had these for breakfast, but you can feel free to have them for lunch or dinner... and I may do all three!  HA

Ingredients for 9 servings, each piece is 2oz ~
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Lakanto Golden Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
Dash Vanilla
1 1/4 cup salted Peanuts
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2oz Lily's Stevia Sweetened Baking Bar

     Add Butter, Brown Sugar and Vanilla to saucepan, bring to boil, stir in 1 cup of Peanuts and pour into 8X8 parchment lined pan, chill in fridge.  Meanwhile, add Cream and Chocolate to microwave safe bowl, microwave 30 seconds, stir til smooth and pour on top of Toffee and spread evenly.  Crush remaining Nuts in baggie with mallet and sprinkle over Chocolate, continue to chill in fridge til set.  Slice into 9 equal pieces.  Enjoy  :)
