Andrea's Pancakes

     When your friend comes up with the best Whey Protein for Baking, you have no choice but to show off with Pancakes!  Andrea from Protein Cakery does everything right, from her Cakes Mixes to Cookie Dough Protein Bite Mixes and now Whey Protein for Baking.  If you don't believe me, try it for yourself at, and see all you can create.  My Picasso is only 300 calories, 16g net carbs and 40g protein.  How do you celebrate Protein!?

Ingredients for one serving Pancakes~
1/4 cup Oats
1 scoop Protein Cakery Whey Protein for Baking
1/4 cup Swerve Granular or Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Egg Whites
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

4 Tablespoons Chocolate Frosting (recipe below)

Garnish with Strawberries if desired (not included in macros)

     Add Oats to Magic Bullet or blender and grind to powder, add Whey Protein, Erythritol and Baking Powder, continue to blend.  Add Egg Whites, Cinnamon and Vanilla and continue to blend til well incorporated.  Add batter by 1/4 cup to Pam coated heated skillet, cooking thru on each side.  Repeat 3 more times with remaining batter.  When cooled, spread each Pancake with 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Frosting, stack and Enjoy!  :)

Chocolate Frosting (yields 2 cups)~
4oz reduced fat Cream Cheese, softened
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1/4 cup Cocoa
2 Tablespoons Brownie Batter G Butter

     Mix til well blended and smoothly incorporated.  Store in refrigerator for a couple weeks.  Each Tablespoon is 18 calories, .7g net carbs (yes, .7), and 1.3g protein.  Enjoy  :)
