Cookies and Cream No Bake Pie

Could you just die looking at this Pie... dontcha just wanna sink your teeth into all that lusciousness....I can literally hear it calling my name ( I have expert hearing,... ask my children).  And before you think you are being naughty (I'm a naughty expert...ask my children), I am here to say you are making nice.  Each of the 8 inviting slices are only 258 calories, 6.6g net carbs and 25g protein.  You read that right, 25g protein in each slice of ooey gooey pie, and protein makes you strong (I'm a protein expert...you know where this is going, right!?)

Ingredients for 8 servings~

1 cup 25 calories/cup Cashew Milk
1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
4 scoops Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Powder
1/4 cup Cocoa
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons Nutiva Coconut Oil, melted
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

Line pie plate bottom with parchment paper and spray pan with Pam.  Mix first set of ingredients, except diced Protein Bar, after batter is well blended, pat into pie plate and top with diced Protein Bar and pat slightly into batter.  Chill overnight.  Meanwhile, mix second set of ingredients til smooth, chill til ready to use.  When pie is ready, top with frosting , sprinkle second diced Protein Bar on frosting.  Add melted Chocolate to baggie, snip corner and drizzle over pie.  Store in fridge.  Enjoy  :)

  2. The Lemonade Diet: Again very effective if you are looking to lose weight fast, not quite as unpleasant on the smelly side as the cabbage diet is, but prolonged use of this diet has been known to have adverse side effects with regard to mood swings,http://t-rexmuscleadvice.com/platinum-xt-1000/
