Black and White Cheesecake

If you hate what you are eating in your quest for health, you are doing something terribly wrong.  Case in point, my Black and White Cheesecake.  Each of these 12~2 inch slices are 194 calories, 5g net carbs, 15g protein and 10g fat.  My goal is to make healthy food fun and nutritious.  Dessert can be on your menu everyday, all things are possible if you want them bad enough...and I do...so I am.  Follow me closely and see what I do, I never miss a day without dessert... and I'm a card carrying member of the clean plate club.  No frowny face on this healthy eater!

3~6oz 0% Fage Greek Yogurt

  2. This looks so good!! If I were to use full-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt, do you think it would still turn out okay?

    1. Thank you for your comment, I am familiar with her work, shes very talented, but I’m afraid I know not of what recipe you’re speaking. I’m sure at first glance some recipes can appear similar since there are literally millions floating around the internet. And thank you for following Food Fitness by Paige, hope you enjoyed the recipe. All the best, Paige :)
