Balsamic Salad

This Salad is not about specific measurements, is more about visualizing the flavors and desired amounts (...hows that for deep!?)  In all seriousness, sometimes you just gotta throw things in a bowl and call it soup ...errr, ...Salad.  I think the real hero is the Balsamic Vinegar, or take a walk on the wild side and use Balsamic Glaze if it's not too many carbs.  So keep readin' for all the players, and you decide who is the star of the show.  :)

Ingredients~
Chopped Romain Lettuce
Spinach Leaves
Broccoli Florets
Diced Avocado
Halved Cherry Tomatoes
Grated Carrots
Crumbled Queso Fresco, or sub with Feta or Goat Cheese
Walnut pieces
Sliced Green Onions
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar or Glaze (Vinegar is about 2gms per Tablespoon while the Glaze is closer to 10)

Add desired amounts to Salad bowl and top with Balsamic.  Enjoy  :)
