Banana Blueberry Chia Pudding

     I'm so confused, what time of day should I eat my newly created fabulous Banana Blueberry Chia Pudding!?  I'm open at Breakfast time, Snack time, Dessert time .... or frankly anytime!!!  Each of the four 3/4 cup serving are only 162 calories, 9g net carbs and 14g protein.  If you had to choose a time, what would the clock say!?

Ingredients for four servings~
Extra Small Banana (approx 3.25oz)
1.5 cup 30 cal/cup Blue Diamond Almond Milk
1 scoop Quest Banana Protein Powder
1/4 cup Betterbody Foods Chia Seeds
Dash Betterbody Foods Vanilla
Dash Cinnamon

1/2 cup fresh Blueberries, divided in half (1/4 cup each)
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Confectioners Swerve Erythritol

     Blend first set of ingredients in food processor or Magic Bullet til well incorporated.  Then gently stir in 1/4 cup Blueberries and pour into serving bowl.  Meanwhile, stir together Greek Yogurt and Confectioners til smooth and pour on top of Chia Pudding, then top with remaining Blueberries.  Enjoy  ;)
