No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

     Come to momma is my first thought, actually it is my second and third thought as well....  No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies have stolen my heart, ... and for good reason.  Not only are they superior in nutrition, the taste is outta this WORLD!!!!  Honestly the best cookie I have ever created!  I would choose this hands down above any other Peanut Butter cookie on the planet.  Each of the 10 cookies are only 108 calories, 1.9g net carbs and 7.2g protein.  This is one you simply must try, and do it as soon as possible!  Happy eating  ;)

Ingredients for 10 No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies~
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 cup Betterbody Foods Peanut Butter Powder PB Fit
1 scoop Quest Peanut Butter Protein Powder
1/3 cup Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

1 square Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Baking Bar, (can sub with 30 Lily's Chocolate Chips)
1 teaspoon Almond Milk
Pink Himalayan Salt (can sub with regular or Lite Salt)

     Mix first set of ingredients til well combined and break into 10 equal portions, roll into balls and flatten on Silpat lined Cookie Sheet, then use large fork to imprint a criss cross pattern in dough.  Meanwhile, break Chocolate Square into pieces and put in microwave safe bowl along with teaspoon Almond Milk and heat for 15 seconds, stir til smooth and add to baggie, snip corner and drizzle on Cookies.  Top with sprinkle of  Salt.  Chill til set, or eat immediately!  Enjoy  :)
