Party Pasta Chicken Salad

     Do you have a party or large gathering coming up!?  If so, I have an awesome recipe for you to try!  But, before you send me hate mail, I already know there are a lot of ingredients, ...I can count.  In fact, there are as many ingredients as cups of Salad...#goodnewsbadnews...15 ingredients makes 15 cups, however it goes a long long way and feeds lots and lots of people! your own dog and add and subtract your favorites.  Either way, this turned out amazingly delicious and worth the effort.  Put on your favorite tunes, turn up the volume and sway the hour away chopping and singing, before you know it will be time to shout "soups on"!  Enjoy each cup for 158 healthy calories, 14g carbs, 3g fiber, 11g net carbs, 12g protein, and 5g fat.  :)

Ingredients for 15 cup servings~
1 pound diced Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon chopped diced Garlic
Seasoning~Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper or as desired
1/4 cup Barilla Pesto
10oz container diced Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup/3oz diced Baby Carrots
8oz net weight trimmed/shaved/chopped Brussels Sprouts
1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
14oz can drained diced can of Heart of Palm
15oz can drained Garbanzo Beans
8.5oz Barilla Ready Made Pasta, microwaved per directions
8oz diced Mozzarella Balls
Small 3 1/2oz ripe diced Avocado
1/4 cup chopped Purple Onion
1/4 cup chopped Parsley

     Add diced Chicken, Garlic and desired Seasoning to skillet and coat with Olive Oil Cooking Spray, heat til cooked thru, stir in Pesto and add to your largest mixing bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and stir after each addition.  This will makes 15 level cups and feeds a crowd, feel free to make this your own by adding or subtracting your favorite ingredients.  Enjoy  :)  #barillalove
