Shrimp Pesto Pasta

     If you like the idea of fabulous, easy and nutritious, then I have the recipe for you.   Each of these 4 hearty portions are only 407 calories, 49g carbs, 39g fiber, 10g net carbs, 51g protein, and 15g fat.  My Shrimp Pesto Pasta is sure to please from young to old.  Where else can you get these kind of stats with this kind of joy!  :)

Ingredients for 4 large servings~
8oz Impastable Low Carb Fettuccine Pasta~cook per directions
2 pounds raw large Shrimp, shelled
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Dash Cayenne
Olive Oil cooking spray
1/2 cup Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto
10oz container Cherry Tomatoes, chopped
2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan
Chopped Parsley, for garnish as desired

     Prepare Pasta according to directions.  Meanwhile,  add Shrimp, Garlic and Cayenne to skillet, spray with Olive Oil cooking spray and heat til Shrimp turns pink, then stir in Pesto til fully coated.  Add cooked Pasta to bowl, top with Shrimp mixture, add diced Tomatoes and Parmesan Cheese, garnish with Parsley.  Enjoy  :)
