Banana Panckaes








     Has there ever been a time in the history of the world that pancakes don't right all wrongs!!!???  This is the perfect healthy way to start any day, Banana Pancake=Perfect Day !!!  The Macros are pretty impressive too, this recipe makes about 9 pancakes with each being 93 calories, 5.33g carbs and 9g protein.  These did not last long at my house, there is just something about that mild sweet banana flavor that leaves you wanting more.  And, I find that I don't even miss the syrup when I top them with fresh berries, when you have them like that you can have them every day guilt free !!!  ;)

Ingredients~
4oz Banana
2 eggs
3/4 cup Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Flax Seed
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Oats
Berries, optional for topping
Stevia, optional to mix with Berries

     Blend Oats in Magic Bullet to turn into flour, then mash your banana in a large mixing bowl and add all the ingredients plus the Oat Flour to the mixing bowl and stir together.  Fry on a Pam coated skillet and top with your favorite berries.  Enjoy  ;)
