Mango Cheddar Bacon Omelette









     Sometimes it's just that easy !!!  Looking around in the frig for something for breakfast this morning and all these ingredients started speaking loudly to me !!!  I had no choice but to make an Omelette, of course!!!  Great Macro's too~ 210 calories, 0g carbs and 30.5g protein !!!  Perfect way to start the day with wonderful flavor combinations !!!

Ingredients~
1/2 cup liquid Egg Whites
1/2oz Mango Fire Hennings Cheddar Cheese
2 Turkey Bacon, cooked and crumbled ( Hot tip on Turkey Bacon~ buy it at Fresh Market in the Meat Case, it's the best in town and SUPER DUPER lean)
1 Green Onion, diced

    Spray hot skillet with Pam, and add Egg Whites, cook til solid and flip to cook other side.  Add half of Cheese, Bacon and Green Onion and fold in half.  Top with remaining Cheese, Bacon and Green Onion!  Serve and Enjoy  ;)
