Strawberry Tart

     My mom always told me to not play with my food, but I'm having so much fun and just can't stop !!!  Sorry mom  :/  Such was the case this morning in the kitchen, and before I knew it, Strawberry Tarts were born!  Great Macros too, 241 calories, 7g carbs and 25.5g protein.

1 Mixed Berry Quest Bar
4 medium Strawberries
4 Blueberries
1 Tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon unsweetened Almond Milk ( 30 cal/cup)

     Spray Silpat liner with Pam and place unwrapped Quest Bar on Silpat and microwave 15 seconds, then pat out into large rectangle.  Divide into 4 equal parts, placing a Strawberry on each section.  Wrap Quest dough around Berry and fold sides and corner underneath as much as possible, seam side down.  Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.  Meanwhile, mix Protein Powder and Almond Milk and let chill in refrigerator while Berries are cooking.  Remove from oven and when completely cooled, frost and top with a Blueberry!  Enjoy  ;)
