Frosted White Coconut Donuts

     Yes, this is real life!!!  Frosted White Coconut Donuts .... AND THEY ARE GOOD FOR YOU!!!  Throw away any old donut coupons because you won't be needing them any more!!!  These are easy, fun and DELICIOUS!!!  This batch makes 8 donuts, each one has 112.5 calories, 2.3g net carbs, and 9.3g protein.  I had two for breakfast every morning til they were gone, ... morning couldn't come soon enough  ;)

1/3 cup Shredded Coconut
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Arctic Zero Coconut Ice Cream, melted
1 Jumbo Egg
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
1 scoop Multi Purpose Quest Protein Powder
1/3 cup Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Coconut Extract
8 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Frosting, recipe below
Shredded Coconut, for garnish

     Mix all ingredients together, ( except frosting and extra coconut for garnish).  Bake in Pam sprayed Donut Tin at 350 for 7 minutes, makes 8 donuts.  Cool, frost and sprinkle with extra Coconut Shreds.  Enjoy  :)

 Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting ( makes 2 cups)~
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, brought to room temperature
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour 
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding
1/3 cup Erythritol
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix first three ingredients in Magic Bullet til liquefied , then add in remaining ingredients and continue to blend til mixed thru.  Chill in fridge to thicken, store leftovers in fridge.  Makes 2 cups, each Tablespoon is 11.5 calories,.8g net carbs and 1.5g protein.
