Fudge Frosted Chocolate Mousse Pie with Cream Cheese Swirls







     I. CAN'T. EVEN!!!  How much would you like to face plant smack dab in the middle of this Fudge Frosted Chocolate Mouse Pie with Cream Cheese Swirls!!!??? ....I literally had to set my fork down and back away from the pie plate ...right after I ate a 1/4 of the ENTIRE THING!!!  :0  Some might call that over indulgence... I just called it lunch... Luckily each piece only has 240.5 calories, 16.4g net carbs, and 24.5g protein.

Ingredients for 8 pieces of pie ~
15oz Garbanzo Beans
12.3oz Extra Firm Silken Tofu ( make sure shelf stable, not refrigerated)
1 Jumbo Egg
1/3 cup Egg Whites
8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, bring to room temperature
6oz 0% Greek Fage Yogurt
2 scoops Cellucor Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Powder
1/2 cup Organic Cacao Powder
1/2 cup Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Fudge Frosting ( recipe below)
8 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Frosting ( recipe below)

     Add Garbanzo Beans to Food Processor and blend til smooth, add remaining ingredients and whip til thoroughly blended and pour in Pam coated Deep Pie Dish, baking at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove and chill til cooled and set.  Spread slightly cooled Fudge Frosting on Pie and return to fridge to set up, finish by piping 8 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Swirls.  Enjoy  ;)

Ingredients for Fudge Frosting~
1/2 cup Half N Half
28gms/120 chips/2 servings Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons Organic Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons Swerve Confectioners Style Erythritol

     Combine in small microwavable bowl and heat at 20 second intervals, stirring after til smoothly combined.  Chill slightly and pour over chilled pie.  Return to fridge to set up.

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting ( makes 2 cups)~
1/2 cup 30 cal/cup Almond Milk
4oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, brought to room temperature
1/4 cup lowfat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Milkshake Quest Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding
1/3 cup Erythritol
10 drops French Vanilla Stevia
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla

     Mix first three ingredients in Magic Bullet til liquefied , then add in remaining ingredients and continue to blend til mixed thru.  Chill in fridge to thicken, store leftovers in fridge.  Makes 2 cups, each Tablespoon is 11.5 calories,.8g net carbs and 1.5g protein.
