Snowman Sugar Cookies

Baby it's cold outside!!!  Time to get inside and enjoy Snowman Sugar Cookies by the warmth of the fire!  And these Snowmen melt in your mouth, not in your hands!  #snowmansuccess  Each of these dudes only have 96 calories, 2.6g net carbs, and 11g protein.  Ward off the Winter Blues with every single bite  :)

Ingredients~
1 Extra Large Egg
1/3 cup Egg Whites
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted
3 (or 4 if necessary) scoops Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Almond Extract
Dash Cinnamon
14 Tablespoons Cream Cheese Frosting, plus a smidgen extra for nose ( recipe below)
Drop of Orange Food Coloring
98 Lily's Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate Chips

Blend all together and pat into 14 equal circles and lay on Silpat lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 5 minutes.  Batter may be VERY sticky, so I put Coconut Oil on my hands when working with the dough.  Also, cookies may look wet after 5 minutes of baking, but its very important to not over bake Protein Powder.  It will continue to cook as it cools.  Once cooled, frost white face, then pipe on orange nose.  Finish with Lily's Chocolate Chips by placing 2 for the eyes and 5 for the mouth.  Enjoy  :)

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Protein Frosting ~
4oz Cream Cheese, brought to room temperature
1 scoop Vanilla Quest Protein Powder
1/4 cup Lakanto Confectioners Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 at checkout for discount
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
Almond Milk as necessary for desired consistency

Mix ingredients til smooth consistency, chill in fridge to thicken, store leftovers in fridge.
