TruWhip Stuffed Brownie Cupcakes
Can you believe that you can have this level of flavor with this level of nutrition!? With TruWhip Stuffed Brownie Cupcakes you can have it all baby!!! And, they say looks aren't everything, ...who started that ugly rumor by the way...but by the looks of these fancy treats they won't last long in my fridge!? Here is where the best of all worlds collide, each cupcake is only 135 calories, 7.6g net carbs and 7.4g protein. These moist chewy Brownies will melt in your mouth and one to try out as soon as possible!
Ingredients for 10 Stuffed Cupcakes~
1/4 cup Chocolate Brownie Sweet Spreads, softened
1 jumbo Egg
7oz 2% Fage Greek Yogurt
3/4 cup 35 cal/cup So Delicious Cashew Milk
1 scoop Quest Chocolate Milkshake Protein Powder
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder or Black Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Vanilla
1 1/4 cup TruWhip (www.truwhip.com)
Mix all ingredients til smooth, except for TruWhip. Fill 10 Silpat lined cupcake tins with batter, bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Remove and cool. Add TruWhip to frosting bag with tip inserted in bottom, press cake tip into Cupcake and fill cavity, then finish with a swirl of TruWhip on top, allot 2 Tablespoons per Cupcake. Refrigerate any left overs. Enjoy :)
