Black and White Cheesecake








     If you hate what you are eating in your quest for health, you are doing something terribly wrong.  Case in point, my Black and White Cheesecake.  Each of these 12~2 inch slices are 194 calories, 5g net carbs, 15g protein and 10g fat.  My goal is to make healthy food fun and nutritious.  Dessert can be on your menu everyday, all things are possible if you want them bad enough...and I do...so I am.  Follow me closely and see what I do, I never miss a day without dessert... and I'm a card carrying member of the clean plate club.  No frowny face on this healthy eater!


Ingredients for 8 large pieces~
8oz Cream Cheese~softened to room temperature
3~7oz 5% Fage Greek Yogurt
1 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
4 Extra Large Eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa
1/4 cup ChocZero Chocolate Syrup (choczero.com)

8oz Cream Cheese~softened to room temperature
7oz 5% Fage Greek Yogurt
4 scoops unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout

1/4 cup ChocZero Chocolate Syrup (choczero.com)
1/2 cup fresh Raspberries

     Mix first set of ingredients with beaters til well combined, pour in 10 inch Springform pan (I lined the bottom with Parchment Paper before snapping in place), bake at 325 for one hour.  Remove, cool and chill in fridge overnight.  Meanwhile, mix second set of ingredients with beaters til well combined and spread on cooled Cheesecake, garnish with Chocolate Syrup and fresh Raspberries.  Chill til set (I chilled mine for 2 hours).  Enjoy  :)

  2. This looks so good!! If I were to use full-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt, do you think it would still turn out okay?
