Keto Broccoli






     This is not your regular Broccoli folks!  This takes vegetables to a whole new level, ... a better level ... a "funner" level ... a level where everyone wants to be ...just sayin'.  Each of the 8 servings are 187 calories, 9.4g carbs, 3g fiber, 6.4g net carbs, 11g protein and 13g fat.  Pair this with a succulent grilled steak and you have a beautiful dinner on your hands.  Who's in!?

Ingredients for 8 servings, approximately 3/4 cup each~
1/2 pound diced Bacon
1 Tablespoon chopped Garlic
Dash Cayenne
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 pounds Broccoli Florets
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
Dash Salt ( I used Black Truffle Salt)
Dash Pepper

     Brown Bacon in skillet, drain excess fat, leaving a Tablespoon or so in skillet.  Add Garlic, Cayenne and Onion and saute' for 3 minutes, add Broccoli and cook til crisp tender, add lid to decrease cooking time.  Add Cream and continue to cook til Broccoli softened to desired level.  Top with Cheese and season with Salt and Pepper as desired.  Enjoy  :)
