Maple Bacon Mustard Salmon
Do you love sweet, spicy, or savory!? What's that you say, ...you love all three ...whelp, me too! Maximum flavor craziness all rolled into one explosive sauce. Try out my Maple Bacon Mustard Salmon for 358 calories, 6g carbs, 2.6g fiber, 3g sugar alcohol, .4g net carbs, 34g protein and 22g fat. Ingredients in 4 servings (6oz Salmon plus 1 Tablespoon Sauce)~
2 slices Center Cut Bacon
2 Tablespoons Lakanto Maple Syrup~use code Paige20 for discount at checkout
1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard~sub with regular Mustard
1.5 pounds Salmon (4~ 6oz fillets)
Cook Bacon, remove Bacon (use for another purpose) from skillet reserving the drippings, should yield about 1 Tablespoon, stir in Syrup and Mustard, set aside. Lay 4 fillets on foil lined cake pan, top each piece of Salmon with 1 Tablespoon Sauce. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Enjoy :)
