Two Ingredient Banana Waffles






     Do you like the idea of easy!?  Me too!  So, whatever you do, you have to try this fun one!  Each of these 3 Waffles are only 145 calories, 29g carbs, 4g fiber, 25g net carbs, 4g protein and 2.2g fat each.  So decide, if you want 1, 2 or 3 and then off you go.  These can even travel easy, and definitely sweet enough to eat on their own.  So head to the kitchen, set the timer and see how long it takes to get Waffle bites in your mouth!  #yum

Ingredients for 3 Waffles~

1 cup Oats~grind to powder in Magic Bullet

1 large 9 inch (6.5oz) ripe Banana

     Add Oats to Magic Bullet, grind to powder, add Banana and continue to blend.  If you think your batter is too thick, feel free to add a splash of Almond Milk.  Using a mini Waffle Maker, divide batter into 3 equal parts, add batter to Waffle Maker and cook for 30 seconds, more if you prefer.  Feel free to garnish as desired, not included in macros.  Enjoy  :)
